All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds. Once you purchase a course, you get immediate access to all content. This is a digital product, and we can't "take it back" once you've accessed it.
Think of it like buying a book—once you've read it, you can't return it just because you didn't like it.
Why No Refunds?
This is educational content. Once you have access, you have the information. We can't "un-teach" you what you've learned.
We provide detailed course descriptions, previews, and free content so you can make an informed decision before you buy.
If you're unsure, start with the free guide. Get a feel for the teaching style and approach before committing to a paid course.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your course (broken videos, login issues, etc.), contact us immediately at hello@step2trade.com. We'll fix it. That's different from requesting a refund because you changed your mind.
Strictly No Content Sharing
You are NOT allowed to share, distribute, or resell any course content. This includes:
- • Sharing login credentials with friends or family
- • Recording or screenshotting course videos
- • Downloading and redistributing materials
- • Posting content on social media, forums, or file-sharing sites
- • Reselling or repackaging the content in any form
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Your License
When you purchase a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to access and learn from the content. It's for your eyes only. Think of it as a gym membership—it's yours to use, but you can't let someone else use your pass.
Consequences of Sharing
If we detect unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content:
- • Your account will be permanently banned
- • You will lose access to all purchased content
- • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement
- • No refund will be issued
We monitor for suspicious activity and take content protection seriously.
A Fair Exchange

In return, I ask that you respect the work, don't share it, and understand that digital products are final sale.
